    You know what's really funny is I've actually been approached with an offer at a gym to gain weight for photos for weight loss. They take a picture of you at your weight then, and pay you to get fat and lazy and take a picture 2 months later. Everyone wants instant results. Nothing better than eating unprocessed FOOD and working out. I don't care how many bullcrap studies they throw at you which are almost always biased and fabricated. Or this NEW protein that forces your body to absorb everything. Lol. Your body determines that, not the protein. Get educated and put in hard work and stop looking for shortcuts. The fat loss pills also make me laugh. Just crooked companies preying on the uneducated.
