Im 5'7 I like to be 160lbs (currently 170) but even I know thats to small...imo so 165lbs is what im going for....:ohwell:

I'm 6' and 175 lbs, down from 217 a couple of years ago. I'd like to maintain around 172. Those last few pounds are tough to lose and keep off.0

6'1" going for 225, currently 243. When I get there, maybe I go for 215. But that was a super ripped, see my ribs weight for me at 30, so I'll probably carry more weight at 40. Maybe 220?0

6'3" and aiming for 225. I'll reassess when I get there. BMI requires 150-200 for this height but since I currently have between 190-202 lbs of lean body mass, this does not seem practical. When I reach 225, I plan to reassess and make sure that the body fat ratio is within a healthy and desirable range. I have been 170 before and felt good but I was really skinny so I am aiming fore a more athletic appearance this time around.. something I can maintain well.0

I'm 5'8", and my goal weight is 150-155 with 17-19% body fat. I'd be willing to go down to 145 though.0

6"2'- I'd like to be 176lb, or a lean/ muscular 187lb.
More to the point, I'd like to get my body fat % from 9% down to around 5-7%.0 -
5'11/6 and I'd like to be at 175 or a muscular 185 I'd also like to be under 10% body fat. I'm sure the military will see to that
