I am 5'7". I would like to get to 168 pounds. That is what I weighed before my weight gain, but I wasn't toned. That is also the highest weight in the "normal" BMI range for my gender, age and height. Anything after that will just be toning. So between 150 and 160 is my end goal.0

I'm 5 foot 5.5 inches, but it's simpler just to say 5 foot 6. :laugh:
My initial goal weight was between 140 and 145, but i'm down between 155 and 150 now and I feel like I look halfway decent in clothing, but when I try on a bikini, to me it looks like I have more than 10 to 15 pounds to lose. I may lower it again to 135 or 130 after hitting my first goal weight. I've never been lower than 140 as an adult so I have no clue what I would look like under it. I have pretty big hips and i'm kinda curvy.0 -
