Once I reach my goal weight, I may change it to 120 depending on how I feel. Either way, I am going to start strength training and concentrate on getting firm instead of weight loss.0 -

5'11 - 170lbs. Which is what I "assume" will be around 10% body fat for me.
After that, I would be happy to gain 10-15lbs of muscle and call it a day.0 -
I'm 5ft 4in and I'm aiming for 140lbs. I'm not exactly a delicate build so thats about as low as I'm willing to go. But I've got a long way to go so my goal might get adjusted.0
