    I am 5'8 and i would like to be 145-150. When i get to 150 i will see what it looks and feels like and either stay or try to lose a bit more. Right now i am 166.

    I'm 5'2, and around 185. Right now, I think my goal weight is between 130-135. I just want to be in the healthy range before I think too much on what I want to *look* like. XD

    I'm 5'9" and I'm aiming for 200. Once I get there, ill figure out how much more I wanna lose if any. I jes wanna be healthy, not skinny! Lol I was what folks round here call 'thick' before I started gaining. Wanna get back.to that!

    5ft 8in 135 but I'm concentrating less on the number and more so on how I feel and look so who knows what my number will be. Oh and I'm definitely focusing more on getting my bodyfat in the teens than any goal weight

    5' 2" and my goal is 134. I was never one to weigh myself so I kind of guessed what my goal weight should be when it dawned on me that I was so out of shape. I would like to be firm and to toned. I'll may rethink goal once I get closer.

    I'm 175cm and aiming for 72-75kg. Middle of the range BMI puts me at 62kg, but I think I would look funny at that weight, but will reassess when I get to 75kg.

    I'm 5ft5 and currently about 195lb but would like to be about 150lb, I am sure my 'ideal' weight is more like 120lb or something but I don't want to lose all my curves!!

    5 foot 5 inches my ideal weight is 125-135 my stoping point is 130 so a 5lb cushion either way

    5'5, I'm 180lbs now. My body frame is considered large, so I would like to be in the range of 150-160lbs with muscle definition and very toned by October. However Im also focused on measurements a bit more than weight, the scale is quite deceptive......

    Current Measurements
    bust- 41in
    waist -32 in
    hips- 42in

    Goal measurements
    bust 36-38in
    waist 26-28in
    hips- they arent going anywhere! :laugh: I'm a pear shape and my weight is concentrated in my (very stubborn) hips, butt and thighs but 38-40in would be nice if my booty stays plump :laugh:

    5'5 and small framed. I think I need to get down to 118ish to reach my bf goal (according to Fat2Fit). I don't really care about the scale number, since I'm already at a healthy weight. I'm just trying to fix the "skinny fat" syndrome and get my body fat down to the fit range or close to it. I started at 140 but with a bf number right at the edge of over fat.
