    Today I'm going to:

    Stay under my calorie goal
    Go to the gym and do an hour on the treadmill
    Take the kids to the pool/spray park at the gym (I HATE HATE HATE this)
    Cook a healthy lunch
    Do some learning activities with the kids
    Cut the grass in the backyard if it's not raining
    Cook a healthy dinner
    Go to sleep at a decent hour

    Go on run with said running shoes.
    Jump back on the 30DS wagon.

    - Have already been to the gym
    - breakfast and Lunch were pre-packed and accounted for
    -already have had 32 oz of water and counting

    Morning walk, afternoon lift, eat my calories/macros, study for summer school.
