    Get through work without banging my head against the desk (or my loco co-worker's head against the desk).
    Buy new running shoes.
    Go on run with said running shoes.
    Jump back on the 30DS wagon.
    Cook some food for this week.

    Not fall asleep at work

    - Have already been to the gym
    - breakfast and Lunch were pre-packed and accounted for
    -already have had 32 oz of water and counting

    Yup only goal, not fall asleep at work, lol

    - Track food

    - Drink my h20
    - Cook dinner before work
    - Go to work and hopefully be so busy that I'm sweating non stop.

    Run outside unless its too hott (supposed to get up to 103 today..) in which case I will run on the tredmill
    too keep my sodium down to a normal level
    to drink LOTS of water :)

    I have many, but my top four goals are to log my food, go running, do ab ripper X, and most importantly, be a positive influence on those around me, especially my kids, to help them have a great day.
