Stay within my food goals for today while eating out for dinner at an Indian restaurant with colleagues. But I'm getting this eating while traveling thing down! And I have 869 cals left for the day after lunch!0

To enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while I do 2 hours of yard work. To bask in the glow of many calories lost in said yard work. To stay motivated and log all my food. To give my hubby a big hug!0

Today my goals are just to get in another set of sit ups and continue with HIIT at the gym. More importantly THIS WEEKEND, I'm desperate not to fall of the wagon for once! This means logging EVERYTHING, getting some exercise in and definitely NOT drinking more than 2 drinks!0

2. do my 30 minutes of exercise
3. get more sleep (that one should be easy TGIF!!)0 -

No beer. (this has been a big contributor to my weight gain)0 -
Go for a long run its my mums 60th birthday party tonight so I need to earn exercise calories to be able to enjoy the meal. I also need to do the ironing and decorate mums birthday cake neither of which is getting done while I am on MFP.0
