    Forgot to set one....

    Thinking, thinking. Nope its all set for tomorrow. Tennis, bike ride, good food, setting new goal plan with tennis buddy yay!

    Ok for today. No chocies or ice cream required. Will not go into the kitchen tonight again.

    No alcohol. Bit late to even consider drinking at 11pm. Isn't it?

    Drink more water. Goal achieved, ok I gotta pee..............

    To get on my bike and cycle to the local large sainsburys to get some more omelettes( in spite of overwhelming fatigue today)
    To go to the gym and try out their Go bikes, which are sort of simulators as well as spin bikes.
    To hold out on eating until 8 pm as I am already down to 900 calories for the rest of the day.

    Go to the gym after work and study the government. For real.

    Go to the gym for 30 mins - burn at least 200 cals
    Do level 3 of the 30 Day Shred - burn at least 175 cals
    Eat lots of protein
    And most importantly - get a good night sleep :)

    My goals were to go to the gym (Done), then track all my food (DOne), and to take an extra walk tonight (will be done in 1 hour)! But my 1 goal for the week was to eat according to my chart (had a hard time with eating that much) and healthier without indulging in my 1c of ice cream to meet my calorie goal. I am hungry though...lol (about time) so off to drink lots of water.

    Track my food ( done)
    Get my Azz to the gym (done)
    Study for a test on Thursday.

    -Start interval training at the gym again (even if I hate it!)
    -60 mins Turkish study.
