    I will check it out...But can I tell you that I have been excited to tell you all day that since I leared to control my running speed I am gonna see just how far I can go on the trails down the street from my house?

    They are dirt...Hilly and muddy...Me likey. I was previosly running at a pace of an 8 minute mile....since I slowed down I feel that I can go waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy farther....I will test that theory tommorow....Is 8 mph too fast for a beginner?

    Can I say that is way to fast for a beginner? Do you think 9.5 or slower sounds a little more reasonable to begin with? Do you know on my runs over 3 miles I go at about 10.20 pace?
