I alternate "heavy" days and "light" days. Heavy days are ridiculously meatheadish ventures into the Gorilla psyche. Light days are what my people call a "*kitten*-ton" of low-weight, fast-reps.
I fight (spar) and run everyday, regardless.
any suggestions on how to tone up neatly with out the big shoulder muscles? been there, done that, didn't like it! I had a physically demanding job, so not much of a choice there...didn't like the V lats, either!0 -
