    Doesn't apologizing and admitting wrong doing go a long way too? Followed with, making changes so you don't have to apologize for the same thing again.

    Did you not catch I was talking about myself? I can admit when I'm wrong most of the time, but adjusting one's thinking so I don't have to apologize for the same thing AGAIN...not so much.
