    Other than dodging my companies bullets? The whole knee thing is not cool. I start cortisone injections again next week. I really think my work causes flare ups. I need to find something else. Been trying but jobs are scarce.

    Good morning Chelle Bell!!

    Mandi, my waffle maker has been very busy, not much time for waffles.

    I guess you have missed quite a bit, huh?? Billy's mom was in the hospital with cellulitis (Jan), and then to rehab facility. She is now at home but can not be left alone. The leg (site of the cellulitis) is healing slowly, but she is very confused. At 81, you don't bounce back quite like you used to. There are good days and bad days. The worst of days, she is very combative and curses her children who are there to help her. So far, I've seen her on all the good days; however, I have seen her in a confused state. It is truly sad.

    I do have some good news. The sisters (which I thought didnt like me) have seen how much I care, and have finally accepted me. The one that is the hardest to get close to reached out to me. It does my heart good. However, if she hadn't, it wouldn't have changed that fact that I will do all that is in my ability to do to help this family.

    Thank you Michelle!! Did you know I'm just being myself?

    That's not to say there are not moments of frustration, but I quickly move back to realize...it's not about me!! I'm doing my best to help Billy stay focused too. Trust me, that is not always an easy task. LOL He got upset with me yesterday over a misunderstanding and made a bigger deal out of it than he should have. I was quick to remind him, I am here to help you; therefore, you do not get to talk to me anyway you want to. It's not about you, and it's not about me!!
