    Michelle....I have some extrerior damage to my condo, and a broken window as well, my screen porch is ripped up, the stucco is cracked and a big piece fell from the front of it...

    Is it crazy for me to think the mechanic should have called by now to let me know SOMETHING? Even if he couldn't get to it yesterday, shouldn't he have told us that instead of "I will look at it and give you a call?"
