Do you think since it was the whole Soph. class doing it that age was assumed and he didn't tell me that was a third factor? Could be? For him I think percent of body fat would give a better pic than a 27 point something BMI number. Poor boy, built like a brick **** house and rank in the top 5% of the iron man fitness test for his age but just got told he is borderline obese!! lol
Maybe him being as built and strong as he is at his age isn't a healthy thing either?0 -

My morning is going pretty good....I'm breathing slowly and taking one day at a time. Billy and I are on speaking terms agian and I truly do not know what to expect, except to not expect anything....just take one moment at a time.
And, I am working, just not very hard today.

One of my tattoo's i have drawn up and will be getting in the spring is of my favorite bible verse... "Protect your heart for all you do flows from it" its either do or are... either way you get the jist of it... just be careful.. but always be careful in the pursuit of happiness.
