    Would you believe a bit busy this week so far? How yoooou doin?

    I am ok....Would you believe I am having a rough time at work and right now because I am alone I am having a 1 person pity party? Wanted to get some exercise today but by the time I finished with my work it was raining like a mofo here...This typically would not bother me but I have my 4 yo tonight. Since I've been losing weight I have a lot of pent-up energy and today it is making me nuts because I cant exercise

    A little better than 18. I think I could hit 19 after a healthy workout that includes curls, though I've never tested that theory.

    Should we celebrate our meatiness with t-shirts that say, "We'd like to thank all the little people. Now move." ..?

    Nice...Do you know I like That idea?...Although I may have had an adavantage...In addition to starting overweight my old man made me do carpentry work with him for years....I have always been a bull. I saw your younger pic...how were you able to build that much mass? Kudos
