    Thank you all for your overwhelming support! I'm finally in the 13 stones area and haven't been there a while! My running and Pilates are going well and I'm enjoying Excercise for the first time ever, now I've found an activity I like. Healthy eating is going well too and finally found the right balance to help the excersize and loose wait. Still a way to go, but I'll get there :o)
