    My goal is to lose 30 lbs. by Christmas to bring me down to 159 lbs. Yay ... good luck all!!

    Week 1 July 22 - 300.4 down 2.6 I'll take it!
    Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss. ;)

    Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
    Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
    Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend. :happy: (total of 9.2 lost since we started)

    I am struggling with getting the weight loss going again. I know where I am falling down and need to work on better eating and exercise on the weekends!

    I am back to what I was at the beginning of this thing. Dang it!! Well at least I'm not higher any more. Hopefully next week I will be a little less and then a little less.

    Restarting over with Week 4 when I got my new scale…
    Week 4 August 12 140.6 – new scale
    Week 5 August 19 138.2 (-2.4 lbs, -3 inch) (total -2.4 lbs, -4.5 inch)

    This is the most I have lost in a week in a very long time!! I am very excited!!

    Congrats to all those that have lost and keep trying for those that are maintaining or gaining.

    Meemaw...it will come off, try not to be too mad at yourself. Vacations happen!

    I was soooo bad this past weekend that I am surprised I didn't gain more weight than just 0.2 pounds. I haven't been able to exercise as much either so I've been really trying to keep the cals at 1200 on my days I can't get moving. We are going away this weekend so hopefully I don't blow it.

    Holding steady this week. Had a procedure done Monday and cannot workout for a week, 4 days of which are bed rest ( until Thursday). I was down on Monday before the procedure, but I am choosing not to weigh in this week under the circumstances...

    I changed the battery in my scale and it has been nicer to me lately. Maybe I should have done it last week. :smile: Have a good week everyone and good luck. I have got to pick up the pace a little to reach my goals, but I am glad to be trending downward!
