Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.
Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend. :happy: (total of 9.2 lost since we started)

This is the most I have lost in a week in a very long time!! I am very excited!!

I was soooo bad this past weekend that I am surprised I didn't gain more weight than just 0.2 pounds. I haven't been able to exercise as much either so I've been really trying to keep the cals at 1200 on my days I can't get moving. We are going away this weekend so hopefully I don't blow it.0 -

Yay! Lost two more pounds. I believe this makes my first 10 lost since I started on mfp. I will have to make a ticker now. I also measured my waist it started out at 32.5" and now it is 30" so that is pretty exciting. I didn't measure my hips when I started, but they are 42.5 now so I will measure them a month from now and seem what happens. I also had blood work done yesterday yesterday so I should know in about a week if my have hypothyroidism, coeliacs disease, or anemia or none of the above. I am actually feeling really good today. I finally managed to get up early enough to work out. yay! Also, I am only a pound away from my first mini goa (Next week)l. Keep up the great work everyone.
