First, each and every one of you women look absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I don't have near the balls you guys do...you should all be very proud!!!rob1976 - You are quite dedicated to this topic. So much time spent encouraging women to post photos of themselves in their swimwear! How very supportive and completely non-creepy of you.Okay, ladies, I'm back!!! All those that post in my absence look fantastic! Keep 'em coming, ladies!!!
My motivation for responding to this thread is my wife. She's been battling her weight her entire life and had LapBand surgery in March. I know first-hand how important motivation and encouragement are to a woman in her weight-loss journey and I thought I'd help some people out by being a cheerleader, but evidently my help isn't appreciated.
Have a good life, girls. You all look fabulous and I hope that you all find encouragement somewhere. Someone had to go and ruin a good thing.
Secondly....Just a question, but does your wife know how you respond to these pictures? Would SHE consider you telling other women that you'd "hit it" to be "motivation and encouragement"?0 -
Since we rolled, and I'm pretty sure that no one remembers, I'm going to repost my bikini and ask a simple question.
5'9" 255lbs.
Should I venture out anywhere in public in this? Honestly? I mean, please be brutally honest.
I feel okay wearing it in my backyard where no one will see it and around my Love but that's it.
First of all, well done on your weight loss and for having the guts to post your picture on here. You look great.
As you've asked for honest opinions, I think that the shape and colour of this bikini has the effect of "cutting you in half" and therefore not only draws the eye to your tummy but also has the effect of making you look shorter. You have gorgeous arms and shoulders and, under your skirted bikini bottoms, it looks like you have great hips and legs (and probably bum / butt) too! I think you'd look great in a one piece in a bright colour, maybe red (there's a fantastic one on here somewhere, which I think came from Walmart!) or even a great print.
Add a sarong tied on one side and some brightly coloured or metallic sandals and you can walk down the street looking a million dollars!
P.S. Love the necklace!0 -

THIS. I was getting creeped out by the "compliments" and wondering the same exact thing.
You really don't get it, do you? Just because you find a woman attractive doesn't give you the right to say something like, "I'd hit it." And being "hot" doesn't mean she has to be subjected to unwelcome advances.0 -

Wow.
I'm just going to leave it at that...no point.0 -

Your "compliments" are kind of crossing a line. Please tone it down. Seriously. Saying someone looks great is not the same as you telling them you want to **** them.0 -

THIS!!!!!!
That is NOT motivating OR encouraging to most women.0 -
NEWSFLASH... if you made enough people uncomfortable {the ick feeling}...maybe you should think about how you came across.0

But since the feminazis always win around here, I'm bowing out for good.
For the record, "I'd hit it" is not the same as "I want to *kitten* you", but I wouldn't expect you to understand the difference.
And people wonder why the divorce rate is sky high. Women take a genuine guy with genuine compliments and treat him like this.0 -
rob - I will kindly accept your snap judgement about me and the completely rude things you have said and be glad you're bowing out of this thread. A true man that had nothing but respect and support for women wouldn't act this way after being told he was making some women feel uncomfortable. Thank you for letting your true colors show.0

Oh my goodness people!
Less *****ing, more boobies!0 -
I have just as much right to air my opinion as anyone here. Just because you're so uptight that you can't accept it or ignore it doesn't mean that it should get ruined for the other people that it IS encouraging and motivating for.

A) So, it's ok to offer up your opinion even if it makes the person you're speaking to completely uncomfortable?
No where near a femi-nazi...I hate feminists....almost as much as I hate inappropriate comments by creepy men.
C) "I'd hit it" may not be the same as "I want to *kitten* you" in YOUR mind, but to others "I would hit it" = "I would *kitten* you".
D) WTF does any of this have to do with the divorce rate?? You claim to be making "genuine compliments", but they are bothering a large majority of the women they were directed at....and yet YOU'RE the victim. Yeah, typical.0 -
you ALL look absolutely incredible and BEAUTIFUL!!!!
keep up the good work. and don't ever be afraid to show yourselves off!!!!
*sorry if that sounds creepy, i certainly don't mean it that way! lol0 -

Just BARF. Nothing more. Wish I could say much more to this, but I don't want to get a warning.0 -
Here's hoping this works, it's my first time every posting photos. I'm currently sitting at 226, and would like to get down to 150.
One piece:
Okay, so not a bikini, but same concept:
You look awesome in both and that red is such a nice suit. You make me feel inspired to be 226, I'm at 260 right now. I've got a sort of tankini now, but i don't like it very much.
If you don't mind my asking, how tall are you?
I'm 5'9, and I've always been told I carry my weight well. I'm sure because most of it is in my boobs and butt!
AMAZING! Congrats!0 -
I'll bite

We're gonna roll again!! In honor of this momentous occasion, I'll take another picture to share with you all tonight!0

Ok..wow...here goes. I just bought this and I'm really not sure about it. I go back and forth. I just wish I didn't feel like my *kitten* was hanging out the back. Lol. I may order a different bottom. Or send the whole thing back. Who knows. :ohwell:
PS our wall are not really green. It was my hubby's green screen for work. Lol.
You look great AND I LOVE the colors in this suit!! Way cute! Where did you get it??
I got this from Victorias Secret!0 -

Hmmm Interesting. Yes, you have your opinion. But this site is for MOTIVATION, not to be a douche. Additionally, On what planet is "I'd hit it" NOT that meaning? or is the short bus you ride on for helmet wearers only? Speaking of which...you should keep yours on...it hides the excuse that the barber too more than hair off the top. Last, your statement about divorce is absolute biased to your own beliefs...do some research before posting again. The basis for most divorces is the basic lack of respect and honor for the reasons you marry.0 -
Moving on over to new thread..... still have a ways to go...45 more lbs.....2 babies leaving me overweight and full of "tiger stripes"! I am totally inspired by all the bravery so I decided to let loose and pose! This is just bikini bottoms and my bra.....maybe someday I will be confident enough to goo out in public wearing a 2 piece! Why can't I get the picture to center...I am cut off!! Any ideas?

Here's another, you can see I have some thighs going on .
Hope this doesn't make me sound too odd...but you have what I would consider the ultimate feminine body. I would love to look like this!
Wow -- thank you so much!
I LOVE this thread, I can't believe all of these GORGEOUS, FABULOUS, EMPOWERED women in one place. I haven't had time to comment on all of the pictures I would have liked to in the past few days, but this thread makes me smile from ear to ear. It's always nice to be reminded that there IS good energy in the world.
THANK YOU, LADIES0 -
