    Nothing like going 130MPH + while listening to something that makes you want to punch the Pope in the face. I've gotten up to 148 and it woohooo, love my Arizona open, winding roads.

    Sex works just as well!

    I journal and get my thoughts out and process through them. And if I have a friend that tends to have good ideas, I'll go to them and ask for advice. Also, running! When I'm stressed, I tend to not want to do it, but it helps me so much!

    Also with the whole drinking/sex thing...it makes you feel better in the moment but just kind of puts off the stress for later. And could make life more stressful if you end up doing things you regret!

    Boxing for me. Picturing the faces of whoever has upset me that day! We got burgled a few years ago and my pt said I hurt her I was punching so hard in my next session!

    At the other end of the scale I paint. I go to a class once a week and for a couple of hours concentrate on painting. I get so engrossed that there is no room to think of anything else and I leave much calmer.

    When my marriage was falling apart I bought a second hand treadmill on ebay and I started running, I couldn't leave the house as I had two small children but I would get on the treadmill and run.
    Forest Gump eat your heart out I found it very very therapeutic and still run at least 5k 4 times a week on it. It was the best £60 I ever spent!!!
