    Mine really dont compare to some of the ladies in this thread :) I have always done weight training once or twice a week but ramped it up about 5 weeks ago lifting heavier...I think I can see a difference. I have lost a large amount of weight and have excess skin so will never look as toned as other but despite the skin I think you can still see a improvement with the definition :)

    Here are mine :smile: I only do yoga, no lifting....so not too bad. Going to start to lift at my local rec center soon....just want to find a trainer, because I don't know what I am doing and don't want to hurt myself!
