What does 1500 calories look like

I should have taken a picture of my smoothie and my dinner last night! I had a HUGE chef salad...romaine lettuce with carrots, eggs, tomatoes, cukes, ham, and Western dressing (gotta get some fat free!!!) The dressing made it more calories than I like, but I still ate well all day, had a few treats and stayed in my calorie range.
Don't judge me on my calories...I am working with someone to find my ideal range.0 -

This is a total nit, but 1500 cals per day looks like a feast when I add 900+ XCals to my day... Couldn't live on a raw 1500... As Dana Carvey once said as President Bush, "Nawt gunna dewww etttt"... : )0

I still won’t make my diary public… not worth the hassle… but this is one step in a more brave direction. I've lost 235 pounds on this kind of eating... so judge if you want, but I ain't gonna listen!
I am with you on that one. But with such great progress i doubt any one can be too judgmental. You are amazing and the only down side of this post is now I want to try each one of those dishes...instantly...simultaneously... They look delicious! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for the share!

Thank YOU! And I know you're definitely right... there shouldn't be much judgment, but it certainly does happen. I eat carbs in moderation... OH THE HORRORS... I eat sugar sometimes... BLASPHEMY!!!! There are some chemicals in my food... ALERT THE CHURCH ELDERS!! You'd be surprised what kind of self-righteous people dwell on weight loss sites! But on the other hand, there are so many like yourself who are kind and accepting and that's why I love this place!
I think we should eat whatever we want, in moderation, we arent robots, we have good days and bad, we crave healthy stuff and junk food too, so kudos to you for doing it YOUR WAY!0 -

@jenkinsjerry this is starter. i log and eat back all exercise calories with the help of a heart rate monitor. so does whitney. So most days is more food than this while im at maintence. i dont freak out if i go over.I do try and balance it out overall. (written at the pool. forgive errors)0
