Turbo Fire! Love it. With my food I just cut portions down and tried to eat healthier overall - learned to cook more and stopped eating fast food so much. I also swim, bike, jog, and do Wii Fit or Zumba from time to time if I get bored with TF. :bigsmile:0 -
