    Not sure how to post pics but my profile pic is a before/during pic. I started last July at 206 lbs and a pant size of 20. I have lost 63 lbs so far and have went from a 20 to a size 8 in pants! 10 was my actual goal because I didn't think I would ever be any smaller and am still amazed! I have 3 lbs to reach my goal of 140. Thinking I might shoot for 135 for a final goal though.
