This is me approx early August 2010. The heaviest i ever saw on the scale was 279. In the pic below i believe i am in the 250s.

This is me at the lowest weight i have ever seen on the scale at 185lbs, pic is from October 2011.

    Thank you to everyone who has commented!! I am still a work in progress, but now i have goals to compete in at least one body building show HOPEFULLY in the year 2016. I do not just simply want to enter the show, i want to PLACE, that is my ultimate goal.

    I just wanted to post these pics to show you guys/girl that it can be done, and to hopefully give you a little more motivation!!

    I would be more than happy to answer any and all questions as well

    i think puberty helped me a little bit. i was 17 in the fish pic, i turned 19 this January. And i STILL have some baby fat left on my face lololol, it will not go away
