I am lucky, I usually work late morning or afternoons, so I don't have to worry about an alarm clock waking me up! I roll out of bed, and head to the gym!

here is how i get out of bed by 430am:

i set 1 alarm for 410am, then i take a caffeine tablet (water and pill right next to bed)

by the time my 2nd alarm goes off 4:30, the caffeine has gotten into my system and i'm wide awake!

i've been doing this for years and it works great for me! side note: the caffeine table is only caffeine and it's the same amount as in 1 cup of coffee. also, i don't drink any coffee or other caffeinated beverages so i know that i'm over doing the caffeine

Im with Jamotto. Was super stoked to get this app and would even suck up the $1 for it but all the features you mentioned are not on it. Plus, it only has gotten 2 star reviews.

    Are we missing something? :(

Strange....I looked it up in the app store on my phone, and it is a free app with 4 1/2 stars. So yeah, I would say you missed something.

The only one I found for iPhone costs 99 cents, only does math problems, and apparently only has one alarm sound option. Has anyone found any others for iPhone? I was so excited! But the iPhone one doesn't sound anywhere near as cool :-(

Thats all i can find aswell

I use Alarm Clock Xtreme on my Android.
Similar concept, but it only has math problems.
Haven't been late to work since I've started using it.

I'll give this app a try for a few days to see which one I prefer.

    Thanks OP!

    great idea :)

I wanted to get in to taking the dogs for a run on a morning and find if I put my kit ready the night before, subconsiously I seem to know I'm running when I wake up and & off and out the door no problem, if I forget or I go to bed thinking I might just walk them tomorrow I struggle to get up.

I really love my early morning runs, we normally only do a couple of miles but once I'm out I always wish I'd got up sooner. One day I'll get up at 5.30 and get in a decent effort before work.

Good luck with the app :)

Tried out the iphone one with the math problems but it didn't go off. It seems if you touch your phone at all after setting the alarm it "unsets"

I go to bed pretty early so I can get up at 4:45 to work out. I feel so much better during the day after working out.

Sounds interesting but I am sure either my wife or I would smash the phone before said task would be complete.

ROFL - that would be me and my hubby too, I would probably just throw the phone across the room!!!!

Another good wake up app is Sleep Cycle. It monitors your sleep pattern and wakes when you are in the lightest sleep state.
