1) Limiting myself to 5 gummy bears (this is MAJOR for me!)
2) Doing a challenging total body workout for 30 min. (on my "off" day)0 -
I pushed myself through the second day of the 30 Day Shred even though i'm tired and sore from the last couple days.0

I walked 3 miles, then did day 2 Lvl 2 of 30DS! Resisted the soda I am trying to quit, and the chocolate that sounded so good! I also had a small NSV- i fit into some old shorts. Even though I still weigh more, I have lost inches!0

Trying (but failing) to do my c25k run this morning in spite of my cramps. I only made it about halfway before I HAD to stop, but I tried.0

Doing week 4 day 1 of c25k
and then....
working out again when I went over my calories for the day

drinking 7 of my 8 glasses of water for the day, gotta go drink the last one now0 -

Had a really rough morning; got my heart totally crushed &still strived to not binge off of the negative vibes this morning!!0

Got my rear end in the pool and did some water jogging even though it was monsooning and I knew it was gonna be cold as heck!0

Hmm...
1. Finishing up some school work, so now I have an A in that class (I think lol)
2. Ate an awesome salad instead of cereal or something else like that
3. I haven't really wanted any chocolate chips today, so hell yeah!
Now to work out a teeny bit more <.<0 -
started to skip rope I don't do it for long but little bursts throughout the day today0

Worked 9 hours, commuted for a couple of more. Dragged my butt home, ate dinner and then flicked on the TV - while starting up my treadmill. Burned off 45 minutes of cardio while watching the Big Bang Theory, when all I wanted to do was veg on the couch and eat something evil.0

I went to Costco with a 2 item shopping list and I stuck to it!!!
I would reward myself with beer if I drank beer, hahaha.0 -
Looked in the mirror and felt pretty0

Completed my first 10 mile run training for my marathon in October! ^-^0

I bought myself my first pair of well-fitted running shoes. Having "real" running shoes that don't hurt my feet makes me feel like today is the beginning of a new chapter. It was a pretty emotional purchase0
