My favorite is romaine and spinach with a diced fuji apple, 1 T low fat blue cheese, 1 T chopped walnuts, and 1 T Newman's low fat balsalmic vinaigrette. It is absolutely wonderful and less than 200 calories. For more oomph, add chicken. Yum, yum, yum...I eat this nearly every day.
Try some dried cranberries in there. This is my favorite too!0 -

Baby Spinich
1 Morning Star BBQ Riblet
1/3 Cup Craisins
Fat-Free Italian Dressing
Mmmmmm My mouth is watering just thinking about this0 -
A huge heap of fresh greens
goat cheese
toasted almonds
peppadew peppers, sliced thin
1/4-1/2 avocado, diced
3-5 ounces cocktail shrimp - deveined, tails removed
Dressing:
olive oil, oregano, basil, thyme, bit of garlic, balsamic vinegar0 -
baby spinach
strawberries
bleu cheese (just a tiny bit for flavor!)
toasted pecans
balsamic and oil
sometimes add chicken
also a big fan of broccoli slaw with cider vinegar and oil (and a touch of honey or splenda), add toasted slivered almonds and chicken or shrimp0 -

someone also told me to take plain greek yogurt and add some dill and chopped cucumbers..........I did this and tossed it with spinach and arugala...........it was so darn GOOD!0 -

I have two that I love.
baby spinach, fresh sliced pears, pecans and raspberry vinaigrette
baby spinach, southwest marinated chicken breast, avocado, sliced baby bells, english cucumber, grape tomatoes, manchego cheese and lime vinaigrette - you can also toss in some corn or black beans0 -
mixed spring greens
sliced strawberries
grilled chicken
3-5 mint leaves
grape tomatoes
walnuts

white wine vinegar
spicy mustard

whisk it all together

I use lemon juice as dressing. it is SO SO SO good! And the solution for extra calories via dressing! I actually don't like any other kind of dressing, so it works well0

Home made Asian Ginger Dressing
Recipe for dressing:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons honey
ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, mustard, honey and pepper. Once these are thoroughly combined, add the oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly. When all of the oil is incorporated into the dressing, pour into a glass jar and chill until serving.0 -
