    Hi,I didn't lose any weight.My diet was Ok but i didnt work out..so hope i lose some pounds next week!!

    I've lost 3.8 pounds and my diet has been OK for the most part minus the last few days. Really need to get back on track with exercise tho.

    well its been a up& down week for me i was in the middle of moving process currently staying at a hotel but i will be starting insanity in august so right now ima just try my best not to be going up

    Last week I lost 2.2 lbs. I'm finding myself weighing in way too often...I think I may need a break from the scale :(
