47lbs lost total, and 30lbs lost since joining MFP.

    wow, i'm 6 foot - and know what its like to 'carry your weight well' people dont perceive you as over weight - even though you are, which makes it more difficult to diet. So well done you, you look fantastic - I can only hope i get to look half as good!!

    Congratulations - you look marvelous! I loved being home with my kids - and it was the easiest time to cook and eat really well. Both my now much older kids - 13 and 24 - have incredibly healthy eating habits. Yours will too!
