I don't see why not but I think Rukadare wanted a 15 cap but most of the people aren't very active, so having couple more who are sticking with it would be nice.0

To those who want to jump in, go for it! A lot of people have ditched and aren't active like vtmoon said. So it's all good!
As for me, I've been so busy lately! Went to Seaworld on Saturday, and then LA on Sunday and just got home today. But I did every workout for the first week! (I only switch Saturday and Sunday around ) So I'm pretty proud of myself there. Great job to everyone who is sticking with it and pushing play! One week down already! If the rest go by that fast...that would be nice! Haha
Is anyone else having trouble with the diet? I do so well during the week, but on the weekends I splurge hardcore. Well, maybe not hardcore, but I eat out fairly often with my boyfriend. It's so hard to say no, you know? But I'm thinking of limiting my eating out to once a week. Like one cheat meal once a week. Or I dunno..:( Boo.
Still have to do today's workout! looking forward to it! >:D0 -

Was able to do all of the Chest and Back this week, last week I had to stop. Feeling less sore, excited about Plyometrics tomorrow0

That is so awesome! Are you doing the push ups on your knees or regular? I decided this week that I would try my best to not do them on my knees, and I did! Though, they weren't super pretty, but I want so badly to be able to just crank out deep sexy push ups by the end of the program, haha! xD
I am glad you're not super sore! I'm not either, and I'm excited for Plyo tomorrow too. Is anyone doing the recovery drink or whatever? I've got protein powder and have been using that after my workouts. 25g of protein is great and only 106 calories, no sugar, and no carbs!0 -
Reg push ups still doing around 8-12 on them trying to get my arms back in shape. Same here I want to be able to do 30 or so with no problem just to be on the same pace as Tony and the group.
Sadly, I can't afford the extra stuff, so getting most of mine from the skinless chicken breasts :-p0 -

Hi everyone! I know I have been MIA for a few days. I hurt my hand a couple of weeks ago while I was getting something out of my daughter's crib. It kept hurting and hurting. Well finally, I went to the doctor and guess what! Yep! I fractured my hand!! What genius does that? This chick! (thumbs pointing to myself) I have splint for the time being.
So I didn't give up!! I am planning to jump right back in as soon as the doctor says it's okay. I see a hand specialist this week. Seriously, this is the dumbest way to fracture something. Well maybe not. I fractured my baby toe when I was a kid.

Oh no! First someone had a broken nose, and now a fractured hand! XD I am so sorry that that happened, and I hope that you recover quickly! And good for you for not giving up! I know I'd be a bit discouraged myself if something like that were to happen, so you are totally awesome. >:D

Great job! I haven't done the workout yet today, but I am planning to in an hour or so!
I already feel stronger, and am so excited to keep going with the program. I've been using 5lb and 10lb weights for all the exercises that require weights, but I think it's definitely time for an upgrade as I'm not feeling a burn. (A little while ago in the gym I was curling 20lbs, so gonna go buy that weight today I think).
What weights is everyone using? Which of your muscles feel stronger/weaker right now?
For me, I feel like my biceps are pretty strong, but my triceps and my back and lower back are super weak! Decline push ups are something I just cannot do right now. Boo. What about you guys?0 -

I tend to do the stretches since I"m not very flexible. Not quite on the same schedule as others, and I am doing the lean routine, ditched Yoga X for Tony's fountain of youth yoga which is 48 minutes rather than 90. Friday will mark the end of week 2 but starting to feel it this week.0 -

I do a recovery drink made by Vega Sport. No dairy, gluten, soy, all plant based and it is so good. I love their products.0 -
How is everyone doing today? I just finished the Shoulder & Arms workout and Ab Ripper X! I've noticed that my arms are getting stronger (my weights are too little now!) but my abs are still really sore all the time. xD But I'll get better!
I hope everyone is feeling energetic and motivated to continue! I've heard that it takes 30 days to create a new habit, and that's exactly what we're all doing! So stick with it even when there are days you just really don't want to workout at all. Every workout, every minute you spend doing something active and healthy for your body will benefit you greatly in the long run! I know that for me it's sometimes discouraging to not see results RIGHT NOW, but knowing that there will be results is what keeps me going!
For those of you who are still with the group and sticking with the program, would you mind posting in the next day or so so that I can keep track of everyone? A lot of people have come and gone, or have joined but never said anything. So if you could do that, that would be great!

Ya I've been using 10 lbs to get used to the exercises but like you said some of the weights are starting to fill light. The next heavier ones I have are 25 lbs. So I might have to use my resistance band before I go to the 25 lbs.

Can I join?!! I just started about 8 days ago and it's my first time ever doing P90X.
I canceled my gym membership a couple of days ago, so I'm invested! I am subbing in Kenpo X and Yoga X with my boxing routine (heavy bag, shadow boxing, footwork) and regular yoga classes- which I hope is okay.
Anyways, after a week. I'm loving it!

Did Kenpo today, have tomorrow as a rest day. I am exhausted this week so I know I won't stretch in the morning maybe do it later in the day when I get home. Week 3 starts Saturday. Looking forward to it.0

Great job you guys. I decided to switch my rest day to today, and I will be doing the Yoga on Sunday.
Besides that, I actually kind of had a bad day. I'm finding it difficult to stick to the diet, because I am constantly going out to eat with my boyfriend. Now, going out to eat is one of the things we love to do, especially because he is busy working all day and when he gets back into town he's starving. So we go out to eat. And of course it's not always healthy. And of course we sometimes follow it up with dessert someplace like Coldstone. I always get the small, but even so, I feel like I can't control myself when I go out to eat. When I don't go out to eat, I control my meals and eat healthier. But I don't feel like I can just say to him that I don't want to go out to eat anymore (which isn't true! I do want to go out to eat, but I just find it so hard to control WHAT I eat).
I'm doing great in the workouts, but I'm so bummed that I may be sabotaging myself by having days like today where I kind of splurged. Granted, I haven't done them a lot since I started, but I know I need to focus more.
Anyone have this problem? Or any advice? Thanks for letting me vent a bit. I'm still going to press play tomorrow and give it my all!0 -

I know how you feel, like I became very anti going out at the beginning because everything had so much calories. But once I got a better grasp on my calorie intake I started to plan for going out. I normally adjust my calorie intake for the day based on where we are going and what I plan to eat there.
The big thing is planning ahead and know what you are going to eat before hand and staying strong, I know everything looks good and smells amazing when you get there but you have to stick to what you planned for. Also if you have a smart phone using the mobile app helps, I know it's kinda rude to text mid dinner, but I pretend to text and log everything as I eat it or drink it to help me stay on target.
Now your significant other depending on how long you been together you probably have him figured out on where he would want to go when he says going out. So make sure you have a target food on each one of those restaurants that you have figured out calories wise. Of course if you have a very random spare of the moment type person who just goes to what he learned about most recently then you need to go back to plan A of logging everything as you go with a smartphone.
For me personally I leave like 400 calories free during the weekend just in case one of my friends decide we need to go out for some beers ( I always limit myself to 2 pints max).
Whenever I think I'm being too strict with my diet I just remind myself with the goals and how I will feel then.
TL:DR : Plan ahead extra calories, log on mobile app as you go, remind yourself with the final goal.0 -

I find it very helpful to eat throughout the day. I eat something every few hours. If I'm having an issue getting in my protein, I'll end my day with a protein shake as my evening snack. It helps get in the protein I need AND it satisfies my sweet tooth!0 -

ya I'm on the same boat suppose to be doing 3000 calories but I stayed on my diet of 1640 calories. But also having issues hitting the protein 50% that is suggested. But most days I'm under that 1640 and still full (water and snacking helps me a lot)0
