Just started this today after stepping on the scale and seeing that I am now 6 feet at 240 lbs. My first goal is to just get under 200 lbs. Believe it or not I used to weigh in the 160 range 5-6 yrs ago!! I'd appreciate any support/new friends!0

I'm 6' tall. I started at 210 lbs and now I weigh 172!!
(I weigh 175 in the pic, but the extra 3lbs probably hasn't changed very much about my appearance Lol and 175 was my GOAL weight)0 -
Great job. How did you do it. I'm 5' 6" and 224lbs and looking to get to around 175lbs. Very inspired by your pics.0

Hey everyone! I've just joined so I guess my successes are yet to come, but I'm 178 cm tall (about 5' 10"?) and my SW was 88 kg (193 lb). I've lost one whole kilo so far, and my GW is 75 kg (165 lb).
I've found that being tall is a bit misleading, because I seem to "hold" my weight. When I admitted to my husband how much my SW was, his response was "No Way!"
I've been reading all your posts on this topic and I must admit you all are inspiring! Wish me luck and I hope to share my own successes with you all soon.0 -
Hey - Im 5"11 started at 246 (started at that on MFP but had lost approx 15lb before that) now at 210 and UK size 16. So a total loss of about 50lb so far. Aiming for 195 and size 14. x
Amen! Congrats on your success so far! I also want to be a UK dress size 14... right now I'm hovering between 16-18, depending on the brand. And that's when I go to the UK to shop - I don't EVEN want to talk about trying to buy clothes in Spain! :P0 -
Hi. Five ten. I've lost 13 lbs. today is day 55 on Mfp. Started at 252 today 238 . Please add me as a friend,0

I'm 5'11" and started at 215 (May 2011) and I'm now 173. My ticker isn't right because I joined when I was at 198.
Way to go ladies!0 -
I'm 37 and 5ft 11.5inch.
3 years ago I was 277.5 lbs.
After a year on and off MFP I lost 48.3 lbs.
Two years later and due to chronic pain, no exercise, mild disability, stress, depression and comfort eating I was at 265.8 lbs so started using MFP again.
I'm now at 262.1 and I'm trying again but slower this time so I can keep it off. I'm also on a waiting list for talking therapies.

I'm 6'1" and I started out at 297. I am currently 224 with a goal of 175. It's been a slow ride, but that's ok. It took me a long time to get that big to begin with.0

5'11" and have been overweight all my life; obese for the last 15 years. Starting weight on MFP was 255 and that was pretty much my highest non-pregnant weight. Sadly, it was also not far from my highest pregnant weight. Anyway I'm in the low 220's right now after about 8 months on MFP and 6 months of really dedicated eating and exercise. Once I get below 200, I will re-evaluate but currently I'm setting my sights on 175--which will put me into the "healthy" BMI category.
Even at my current weight, I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm loving it!0 -
Great job girls! I'm 5'11 started at 260 and a size 22 a year and a half ago.
I'm now a fit and strong 185 pounds and a size 8/10! I look better than I did in high school, in the best shape of my life and feel great!
With consistency, determination and focus and it can get done!0
