    Asparagus
Red or Orange Bell peppers (for some reason the green and yellow just don't do it for me!)
PLAIN Fage Yogurt w/ All-Fruit mixed in
Fish (most types. I hated fish before...just wasn't preparing it properly.)
WATER (My secret to drinking water is ICE COLD.)
Spinach (I enjoyed it before-- but now I throw a handful into everything. Makes most things taste better!)
    Mixed Nuts
    Grapefruit

If I find myself in a hurry in the morning and I need something to fill me up while on the go, I found that Fiber One Honey Cluster is a good source of fiber that fills you up and is not bad to taste either. Special K Fruit Yogurt is good too!.

I really like sauteed chicken breast, peppers, and onions for lunch too.

Fat free Greek yogurt, spinach, olive oil, natural organic peanut butter, almond milk, skim milk (organic only though), Tru Moo chocolate milk is the bomb, veggies in general because I never used to eat them at all, now I love almost every veggie I've tried in cooking, and brown rice. I like brown rice way more than white, it's not even really healthier than white rice. I just prefer it.
