I don't know. I consider a binge a binge but its not that bad if you cancel it out with exercise!0 -
I am going to try this. Bingeing is a big problem with me. All of a sudden it comes back like a terror without my hardly noticing. Less than 3 per month.............I'll start charting tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement0

I don't know. I consider a binge a binge but its not that bad if you cancel it out with exercise!
I have a habit of going on an eating binge then going for an 8 mile run lol0 -

Hmm. I don't *necessarily* see that as all wrong. Its good to have food you like. And if you run miles regularly, you earn extra calories. Sure it would be good for most of that to come from healthy sources - to keep you well even into your old age, but enjoying a bit of "less healthy" food is good too, so long as you are meeting your goals.0 -
