I just made these! Literally saw this post and ran into the kitchen. Turns out I didn't have an egg, so I used a tsp of honey and a half cup of water (I only had 5.3oz of greek yogurt too, darn dannon!)
Turned out pretty well, I think next time I'll add berries for sure! Topped them with a half tsp of honey each. Freakishly filling!

Would you have a sense of the nutritional value in this? Calorie counts and so on, since three of those look like a full meal!

Was just going through the posts looking for the exact same thing...

Tried this recipe this past weekend. I do all the cooking and I usually try to make my wife something special for Sunday Brunch. Made her Spicy Shrimp Omelette and these pancakes. I even went out into the yard and picked fresh blueberries and rasberries to put in the pancake batter. For syrup I mixed raspberry liquer, apple liquer, reasberry jam and sugar and reduced it down to a syrup. Gave her the omelette first, while I was plating the Pancakes. Poured the syrup over it. Topped with whipped cream and sprinkled fresh rasberries and blue berries over the top.

When she finished, I asked: "How were the pancakes?:

    Her: "Okay."

    Me: "Okay?"

    Her: "The texture was different."

    So much for that recipe.

OMG...how many calories are you feeding her???

Did my shopping today and having these for tea.....Had to ask around to see how much 6 ounces was in grams......will let you know the results......

I wish you'd posted how much it was hahaha...

Not sure how to convert it because I'm not sure if they've used fl oz or volume. But I'm going to go search for roughly 170g of yoghurt lol.

I'm still going through the posts and have seen several quotes for calorie intake. I'd suggest that you whack it in a spare day in your food log and test it yourself with the ingredients local to you as it all differs :)

Breakfast tomorrow!!! Maybe with banana :)

For calorie count- check the calorie count for each ingredient. There are only 4 so it won't be too hard. The yogurt will have around 120 for plain, egg white is about 20 but the flour and baking soda I don't know.
