    Move from Florida, stress, new relationship, job...lost 60 lbs 3 yrs ago, have kept it off til now..up about 8-10 lbs..moved to Delaware County, PA...friend me...was an avid exerciser..tap danced and getting back on exercise/eating schedule..less stress

    Lost my weight originally on Medifast 5+1..trying to go back on and do this on my own..any suggestions would be welcome!

    Friend me..would love to meet others for support..ideas.
