    Hi, I'm 5'7.5" and 164 lbs. I'm going to be 52 in two months, and don't want to be overweight for the second half of my life.
    Started on May 1 at 177, and as of June 21 have lost 13 lbs. I've cut out grains, potatoes, and sugars. I drink a protein shake in the morning for breakfast, and often for lunch when I can't (or don't want to) stop working. Other that that, only 0 cal. beverages, excepting an occasional glass of red wine (or two). Drinking all the water I'm supposed to has been a challenge. I haven't been exercising, and need to fix that. Add me because we all need social support!

    I am 5'8" and I started off at 165, but I successfully lost 20 pounds in 3 months. Thanks to the 30 Day shred!!! As I have a large frame I plan to stay at 145. Your more than welcome to add me!! Good luck!!
