Went on a 4.1 mile hike/trail run today, but I'm only counting the running miles, so I'll say 1.5 miles running.

Biked 10 miles and ran 6K in 44 mins. Not too shabby :glasses:
I don't know what bug has bitten us, but we're posting some incredible numbers this month. Looks like we can hit the 10,000 mile mark in July alone :noway: We've broken about every single challenge record there is (participation, mileage, # people over 100 miles, people on target ...) and there is still a week to go. Way to go guys :drinker: :drinker:

My goal was small because I started during the last half of the month, and I was going from no exercise at all per day to working out 5 days a week. I wasn't sure I would even make my goal. I'm proud to say that I have, and now I'm going to keep going and see how far I can go by the end of the month. Woohoo!!!

Dinos, I forgot to post today! It has been a VERY busy day for me but I got in a 4 mile RUN with my furries this morning. Had to stop twice. Once to get one from a barking/pissing match with a skunk and second time to kill a rattle snake! Oh these are just some of the joys to living in the country!:laugh: :laugh: YAY I hit the 3000 miles in 20 month goal!!!:drinker: and I have 2 more going to join me quite soon!!!
