    I just got through listening to one of the best remakes of a song I have heard in a lifetime.
    Godsmack covered Metallica's Nothing Else Matters. The remake is a beautiful song and I like the remake if not more than the original and I love both Metallica and Godsmack.

    GnR "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" has been mentioned a few times, but it's probably my favorite cover. I also quite like Aerosmith's cover of "Come Together".
