Does anyone have any pork loin crockpot recipes?

    Layer in crock pot:
Red potatoes - halved or quartered (depends on size)
pork loin (I season with a little salt and cumin)
mix lipton onion soup mix with ~ 1 cup water add in
Cook on low for 4-6 hours and then add cabbage and chopped kale or collards (I lift the pork and add underneath)
Continue cooking another couple of hours. Total yum if you aren't worried about sodium.

I also do the steel cut oats in the crockpot, and have another to share, pumpkin pie oatmeal!

    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    2 cups almond milk
    2 cups water
1 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
    2 Tbsp ground flax

coat inside of crockpot with cooking spray or oil (or you'll be soaking and scrubbing for hours). Mix remaining ingredients in. Cook on low 8-9 hours. Give it a good stir before serving.... its sooooooo good with a Tbsp of mini choc chips!!

This sounds INCREDIBLE! I'm a huge pumpkin pie lover, can't wait to try this!!

my husband loves the steel cut oatmeal in the crock! in the winter we will make a whole crock of it and eat ti for breakfast for a week! and you can add whatever you like:) we do often make it plain-ish then add whatever we like the day we eat it (cinnamon, raisins, apple, yogurt, pumpkin pie filling if we're being naughty and rich;)) my only suggestion, however, is to use a crockpot liner because this will cook to, and stick, to the bottom and sides making it super difficult to clean:)

    Buffalo Chicken!
I don't measure anything. I put in a pound or two of chicken, a bunch of Frank's Hot Sauce, and a half packet or so of Hidden Valley Ranch mix. This makes delish sandwiches or can be served with rice.

My FAV! ANDDD I just put it on the food list! Enjoy! (It is from Sparkrecipes)

    Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup salsa
1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

    Directions

    Add chicken to slow cooker.
    Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
    Serve with rice.

    NOTES:
You may use half the packet of taco seasoning (I have started doing this to reduce sodium content myself)

Some slow cookers cook faster than others. Mine is a true slow cooker (have had it over 10 years.) The newer ones cook a bit faster and you may have to adjust your cooking time based on that!

All of these sound great!! I like to take a pack of country style boneless ribs, put them in the crock with salt and pepper and top with your favorite bbq sauce and cook on low 8-9 hours.. soo easy and soo delish!!
