So I had to redo a day, but I'm not sweating it. Wednesday I was supposed to run 13 minutes which I did, but I was dragging and and barely made. 9 minutes in I felt like crap and really had to push. So instead of upping it to 15 minutes today I decided to redo the 13. I want it to be hard, and I want to push myself, but it can't be so difficult that I'm barely making it. I rather step back and redo a day and move on when I'm truly ready. Maybe Wed. was just a bad day. The 13 minutes today was tough, but I was able to do. So moving on. And if I need to redo a day or a week I'm more than happy to. I don't see it as a set back because hey, I'm still running! Hope everyone else is doing great whether you just started or just finished and are moving onwards!0
