How do you sleep?

I have to have a fan on...I guess it could just be a noise machine but have never tried one. And it has to be dark!!! I even put something over my alarm clock because the light from the digital display is too bright for me!!0

With a full face C-PAP mask strapped to my head, "white noise" machine playing crackling fire/crickets/djembe drum mix i created being played through a set of noise canceling headphones, my cat sleeping on my chest and my wife sleeping beside me with arm over top of me. This is a normal night when the kids are not having night terrors. On the night terror nights i sleep on the couch with my pillow and whatever blanket i can find.0

Like a baby. All's I need is a bed, the hum of a fan helps and then I'm out like a light.0

I have to sleep in complete darkness....No TV or anything.... I painted my bedroom dark chocolate so that it would be very dark....0

Dark bedroom - check
Dog on bed to cuddle- check
Fan for noise - check
