    July 2 walked 15, sit ups 2 sets of 20 25= 40/1440
    July 3 walked 15,cleaned 30, swimming 30=75+40= 115/1440
    July 4 Cleaned truck n car 60,walked 20, swimming 60=140+115= 255/1440
    July 5 walked 15, cleaned 180=195+225= 450/1440

    July 2 - (butt burn circuit 3 AND turbo fire HIIT 15) - 65 minutes
    July 3 - circuit training (Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones) - 52 minutes
    July 4 - Turbo Fire HIIT 25 AND butt burn circuit 2 - 50 minutes
    July 5 - Turbo Fire 45 AND butt burn circuit 1 - 63 minutes
