At least an hour if a work out is what I went for, boot camp is an hour, any class I go to is an hour, etc. If I just go to the gym it runs from 45 minutes to an hour or more.0

From 45 minutes to 75 minutes for strength. From 30 minutes to 90 minutes for cardio. The longer cardio workouts are generally bike rides.0

I have been trying to keep my workouts to 75-90 minutes so that I do not get burned out. I do 5 minutes of warm up cardio. Approximately 45 minutes of strength training. Followed by another 30-35 minutes of cardio. Has been working well for me and I'm finding myself getting addicted to working out!0

60-90 minutes interval training based cardio + non interval cardio (cycling, walking, running, elliptical), 6-7 days a week, depending on tiredness levels.
Hoping to add some strength training soon, once discussed with trainer.0
