    Loved everyones photos, wanted to share my before and during photos (Hope I did this right lol) . Down 50 lbs, not sure how much more I want to go, maybe 40'ish ? Good job to everyone !

    Before at 165lbs. taken last 2009. (note: I'm just 5'2" so I was already considered obese at this weight)

    thanks for sharing. I want to look at this thread when ever i am craving a chocolate bar and see that I can do it it, it's just gonna take some sweat and mindfulness!

    I am not that skinny as it looks. The angle is flattering.

    To be honest i am in my lazy days but i just signed up here and i hope i will get back on track..grrrr.. i have to. :mad:
