    I go by how many of the cats have I lost- Archie is about 8 lbs, Min is about 12 pounds. I've only lost an Archie so far.

    When I first saw this thread in January I think I'd lost a human brain.

    Now I've lost an elephant's heart and a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts. If you'd asked me in January if I'd be capable of losing that much weight I'd have laughed at you. I was hopeful but not expecting much.

    By the end of the year I hope to have lost a small bale of hay and a rack of baby back ribs. Or more.
