    If I start work at 8am then I am usually up at 5.15am and walk to the gym - 30 mins - train 60 mins - walk to work - 30 mins.

    When I start at 12.30 I ain't up SO early!!!

    Alarm at 4am - workout typically over by 5:45 or 6am.

    i don't keep a normal sleep schedule. i workout when i want to.
    i also sleep when i want to. i guess i'm lucky.

    I get up at 5 a.m. During the week my workout is done by 6:30. On the weekends, I get up at 6 and do my long walks then so I am done by 9 or 9:30 depending what time I get out the door after I walk the dogs.

    I can't believe you all manage to get up so early, I'm in bed for 11pm and struggle when my alarm goes off at 7am - I don't get out of bed till about 7.45am. I'd much rather do my workout in the morning so it's out of the way instead of doing it when I get back from work.

    I'm up at 4am when i workout (at home). Any regular day, it's 5am.
