3:30, 4 am and people think i am nuts, works for me, i love my mornings alone!0

gosh you guys are REALLY early starters .(round of applause). I thought i was doing well getting up at 6.30 to Zumba0

If I start work at 8am then I am usually up at 5.15am and walk to the gym - 30 mins - train 60 mins - walk to work - 30 mins.
When I start at 12.30 I ain't up SO early!!!

Alarm at 4am - workout typically over by 5:45 or 6am.0

i don't keep a normal sleep schedule. i workout when i want to.
i also sleep when i want to. i guess i'm lucky.0 -
I get up at 5 a.m. During the week my workout is done by 6:30. On the weekends, I get up at 6 and do my long walks then so I am done by 9 or 9:30 depending what time I get out the door after I walk the dogs.0

i work out after work sometime between 3pm and 8pm usually0

I can't believe you all manage to get up so early, I'm in bed for 11pm and struggle when my alarm goes off at 7am - I don't get out of bed till about 7.45am. I'd much rather do my workout in the morning so it's out of the way instead of doing it when I get back from work.0

I'm up at 4am when i workout (at home). Any regular day, it's 5am.0
