I am 5'3 and though I can't figure out how to post pics at the moment you can look at my profile pics. Below are some sizing info:
April 4, 2012- Start of "my" Journey 304 lbs- sz. 26
May 3, 2012- 289-sz 26
Today- 215- sz Womens 160 -

BUT i'm 5'4, 146 at my highest, currently 117, trying to get to 108. was 111 before I got off track.0 -
I'm 5'4" and my highest weight was 282 lbs and a 26 pant size U.S.
This is a more recent before and after, the before is me at around 230 lbs and the after is around 162 lbs and a size 10. I've dropped a few more since then but this is my most recent picture.

Hello. I am 5'4. I weighed around 207 lbs before I finally reached the point of "enough is enough". Now I am down to 130.

I'm not finished yet.. My husband and I have both come a long way already.. Battle has truly been uphill. I had gotten down to 189 and fell and injured my back so I put back on some weight and now I'm getting back into the gym and in August just a few days before his 27th birthday, my brother was killed in a car accident. I'm finally starting to get back my will to do anything and I my hope is to loose enough for us to start a family.

I'm 5'3.5". I started at 284. I wore a snug size 22. I had a body fat analysis done when I started, also. I had 53.9% body fat.
I am now at 244.5. I wear a comfortable 16 in the same brand that I wore the 22 in. My current body fat is 46.7%.
I still have 100+ pounds to go, but the transformation so far is pretty cool. :-)0 -
FInally figured out how to get the collages working! I've posted before on this thread but have my bikini pics now - my advice to anyone is TAKE PICF OFTEN, someone told me this when I started in March but I didn't feel ready to have a bikini pic, now I wish I had!

I call Mondays Inspiration Mondays and you are definitely my biggest inspiration today. I have a question for you though, what do you do to maintain your hair while working out? I find that I need to get my hair done constantly like after every 2 weeks now that I work out almost daily. I know it might seem like a vain question, but hope that you will replyI don't know how to put pics on here so you all will have to go in my profile to see! Hint Blue shirt at bottom is from April 2012 206lbs
next blue shirt is 3 weeks ago and the black is a couple days ago! 182lbs Oh and I'm 5ft 4in 36yrs old.
