I go big on a salad & have full calorie blue cheese. Gotta put some fat in you each day.

Ditto except I would have to say ranch or caesar :-)

There is a brand called Walden Farms, there dressing is CALORIE FREE.... And it's delicious!!! I am a salad girl and usually eat two a day so dressing is a big thing for me... They have all types of dressing. Ranch, ceaser, etc.

My husband (who is a chef) made a yummy dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic and oregano, and blended it in a blender.

I just made my own buttermilk ranch dressing with 1 cup of low fat buttermilk, 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 light sour cream, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and some chopped herbs and salt and pepper. Its so good and about 60 cals for 2 tbsp.

My husband and I (more him) use just some Franks Red Hot sauce. We also have found that some of the Litehouse vinagrettes are really low calorie. I think their Sesame Seed Ginger one is like 30 cal for 2Tbs!

    Newman's Own light raspberry vinegarette
    Ken's light Caesar
My homemade ranch dressing (44 cals/2Tbs) - equal parts sour cream, yogurt and mayo, add a splash of milk for consistency (all light of course), mixed with a blend of parsley, basil, pepper, garlic, dried onion and dill.

I love my Ranch and since I can't have the real thing, the next best thing is Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch, which is 30 calories per 2 TBSP. Not too bad.

I get the Daisy Light sour cream and mix the Ranch dip powder in. It's about 45 cals/ 2Tbs. A very good and healthy substitute to regular ranch! Recommend!!! :D
