Ok, I just looked up the calories for the Chicken Chow Mein dish I was telling you about. It is 355 calories with brown rice for one serving, which is not bad for 1/4 cup of brown rice and 3 ounces of chicken breast (according to the info I got). And without the brown rice it is 246 calories. It is very good and filling for the amount of calories it is, but it is extremely high in sodium and on the high side in carbs (which is from the rice for the most part, of course).

I always get steamed veggies and shrimp or something.

Sushi, miso/egg drop soup, rice, steamed veggies-- pretty much anything that's not deep fried. Mind you, Chinese food is usually EXTREMELY high in sodium.

Good portion of rice or Lo Mein(sp?).
    Steamed veggies.
    Chicken and Broccli.
    Sesame Chicken.
    Sushi (not chinese, but y'know).
