    Random question for the Kentuckians: Anyone doing the Color Run in Louisville on the 29th? I want to really badly but don't know if I will be able to. Looks awesome!

    Anyone in the Louisville area listen up! Body Evolution is having a customer appreciation tonight 7/20/12 starting at 6pm! Free food, free boot camp, free zumba, free hip hop. There is even a kids boot camp at 6 while the adult boot camp is going on. It's gonna be great! Come on out!

    I am not personally, but I do have severals friends who will be. Sounds like a blast! I am running in the Chick Fil A 5k in Owensboro on August 11.

    I did The Color Run this past weekend in Ann Arbor, MI, It was so awesome!! If you get the chance to do it I would recommend it :) It seems to be more fun to run with friends, I ran alone (husband and kids cheered me on), They WILL be running next time!

    I don't qualify for this thread, but I do have parents that live in Lebanon Junction. I visit often and enjoy walking/ running at Bernheim Forest. I have done hiking there also. Really want to do the 13 mile hiking trail there. Anyone else run/ walk here? Bourbon Trail....Awesome, completed earlier this year.
