I'm on phase 3, of the BR and have been loving the whole travel!

I've done some insanity workouts and am planning on starting the program after BR.

And you know what? I just can't wait to start, 'cause I feel so powerful after the workouts I wanna feel like that every day!

I read through your blog...you had great results...pics of your kids are really cute! Ordered body revolution tonight...just wish they had express shipping! I don't usually upgrade on shipping for anything, unlike my husband who figures what he orders should arrive at about the same time as if he went to the store! This I might have upgraded! Congrats, you really do look awesome!! I am so glad you shared your success story because you have given me the motivation I need. I checked out your blog and my starting weight is right where you were when you started the BR. I am also a SAHM mom and need a good workout program, so I am thinking about buying the Body Revolution program especially after seeing your results. 30 minutes is doable as a SAHM, did you do multiple workouts everyday?

I just ordered body revolution, but have heard it comes with a meal plan supposedly 1200 cals of low carb? Is this true, and if so did you follow her plan or just stick to what has already been working for you?
